Building a gene catalogue profiling database

Access to EGA study: EGAS00001001704 / Lifelines-DEEP

I am writing to request access to the raw data from healthy individuals for the purpose of building a gene catalogue profile database using genes assembled from publicly available stool metagenomic datasets. The Lifelines DEEP data would be a great resource for this purpose. Our main focus will be the gene catalogue and its profile abundance tables, no raw sequencing data will be made publicly available for any publication related to this project. The database will further support downstream statistical analysis, therefore relevant metadata such as age, gender and antibiotic usage would be very useful (covariates for the planned analysis). I would be grateful if you could provide me with the necessary information on how to obtain the raw data from Lifelines DEEP. Thank you for your time and consideration.
