Developing statistical learning algorithms to associate microbiome composition with host phenotype

I am a graduate student in the Environmental Microbiology track in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at MIT. I have previous experiences in computational ecology and microbiome analysis. With this dataset I will continue to develop my computational skills in quantitative microbiome.
