Exploring Microbial Markers for the Treatment of Patients with IBD

Outline of the study design and methodology: 
We wish to use this dataset for meta-analysis. By integrating multiple datasets and constructing predictive models, we can explore the predictive role of microorganisms on the outcome of IBD treatment, which can be used for the purpose of guiding protocols for IBD treatment.

Proposed use of the requested data: 
As one of the datasets for meta-analysis to construct a predictive model of microbial markers for IBD treatment.
