Exploring Novel Genetic Variants and Their Association with Clonal Hematopoiesis in MPN Patients and General Population Cohorts

We are studying the presence of novel genetic variants in a cohort of MPN patients and their relatives and their possible relationship with clonal hematopoiesis and the acquisition of somatic variants. We want to use this dataset to assess the presence or absence of some of the genetic variants we have identified to check their presence or absence in a general population cohort with clonal hematopoiesis.
