Is the consumption of UPFs, processed foods and unprocessed/minimally processed foods heritable? If so, which genetic variants are associated with these traits? Are these genetic variants also associated with other traits? Does the genetically predicted consumption of UPFs, processed foods and unprocessed/minimally processed foods play a role in the development of several health outcomes?
