Global metagenomic and metabolomic signatures of diseases that are associated with gut microbiota dysbiosis

The aim of this project is to decipher distinct microbial and metabolic features of various microbiota dysbiosis-related diseases through meta-analysis of our own and externally acquired multi-omics data. We hope it will contribute to a better understanding of the gut microbiota-disease associations and innovate strategies for the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of these diseases.
