Human gut microbiome associations with host health traits

We study the associations between the human gut microbiome and host health. We conducted our initial analysis with an Israeli cohort and discovered numerous associations between microbiome configurations and host age, sex, and BMI. We wish to use the requested data to compare the associations we found in the Israeli cohort with those that exist in the Dutch cohort. In terms of timeline, we are prepared to process the data and conduct the said analyses as soon as our request will be approved.
