Imputation of KIR haplotypes using GWAS data

Studying the KIR region on chromosome 19 to investigate the 12 SNPs informative for imputation of KIR haplotypes for:
1)    presence on the three genotyping platforms; if yes, whether they passed the quality control; if no, if proxies can be found that have been genotyped;
2)    presence in the imputed data of the platforms; if yes, check what the quality of the imputation was;
and to
3)    perform KIR imputation using the KIR*IMP imputation software (R-script) to assess the quality of the imputation of KIR haplotypes using genotyped and imputed data
