Investigation into the relationship between hydrogen sulfide production and butyrate production in the human gut microbiome

A. We want to validate our results that hydrogen sulfide producing bacteria inhibit the growth of butyrate producing bacteria in the human gut. Butyrate is associated with a healthy gut environment. 

B. I will analyze the reads of the stool samples of the data to check what species produced them and validate our current research results. 

C. The timeline for the results to be publish is over the next year or so we hope do have our paper in review.
