Meta-Analysis of Healthy and Non-Healthy Gut Microbiomes of Diverse Populations

A. Analyze metagenomic sequencing data from diverse populations to search for patterns of taxonomic and genomic signatures of disease. This project is non-profit and for research purposes only.
B. The data from the Dutch Microbiome Project will be a part of the disease group of microbiome data, which we will compare to other publicly available microbiome datasets.
