A. Compile different large-scale 16S gut microbiota data-sets. Predict age of participants based on microbiome parameters using AI. Investigate AI model parameters to gain insights into aging and development of the gut microbiome over time.
B. LLD data will be used as part of a dataset to train the algorithm. We are in need of several large-scale, high-quality datasets such as LLD in order to perform our research. 
C. From start of analysis to publication of a manuscript we will take about 3-5 years.
