2. Taxonomic and functional potential profiling with the top tools
3. Investigation of the relationship between proton pump inhibitor and microbiome
4. Inclusion in curatedMetagenomicData repository with sex, age, BMI, antibiotics usage, read statistics, city, health condition, & family kinship metadata
The timelines of the proposals n. 1 and 2 are three months. The timelines for project 3 and 4 are one year.
