Strain-resolved Family Microbiome

A. Study strain-resolved family microbiomes to disentangle signatures shared between generations. This study will be performed using the MATAFILER pipeline (Hildebrand et al., 2019). Furthermore findings will be compared to a new infant cohort currently being sequenced in the QIB. B. Data will be de-novo assembled, microbial genomes reconstructed and strains resolved using the MATAFILER pipeline.
